why most of the Ecotourism articles that i find on the net are about Costa Rica. Why there is not much written about ecotourism in India or Nepal? Has the Costa Rican authorities been really thinking ahead of time and implemented the concept of ecotourism systematically? are there any articles available on how they have achieved this?
